The Sleep Nullifier cannot be crafted, but it can be traded or obtained as a reward for a quest.
It decreases the Consciousness by 5% and the manipulation stat by 1%
How to use:
Obtain the implant, you will also need 5 medicine. Next schedule the operation on the patient, the doctor has to have atleast level 9 medical skill.
