The Council: Medieval Faction

Soft Requirement: Layers: Capes and Armor
Will produce some red errors related to hoods and capes if not loaded.

Adds a vanilla+ style medieval faction to the game.

- 1 faction
- Starts neutral
- Custom pawnkinds
- Custom faction bases

The more mods in use from the supported mods list, the better equipped the faction pawns and their bases will be.

I wanted a non-tribal faction to interact with in the early game when using Ignorance is Bliss, so I made this mod. Higher tier pawns are comparable to Champions from the Empire.
