Adds a new assignable work type: Bookstudy. Colonists will look for studyable books and read to gain skill XP when assigned to this work and when conditions permit. Configure priorities in the Work tab.
Pawns try to roughly study things based on their current assigned priorities, but will fall back to unassigned skills if there are no suitable books.
