Toronto Transit Commission Orion Ikarus 293

A Little Alternate History Fun
This is an alternate take with the bi-articulated Ikarus 293 prototype. In 1988 Ikarus buses of Hungary made a three section version of the Ikarus 286. It made its way around Hungary and abroad visiting a few exhibitions and events and was tested on bus line 7 in Pécs, Hungary. Unfortunately drivers didn't like its slowness, swaying and poor cornering and the bus never ended up being produced. This vehicle is a what if version where the 293 was produced and ended up being marketed to North American markets through Orion Bus industries. This bus is numbered 6560 as the regular Orion 3’s ended at number 6559. I've set the route sign to the 39C Finch east express as it's a branch of the route that the regular Orion 3’s used. Setup
Setup is the same as the regular Orion III. Start by entering at the front of the bus. The driver seat is the one straight ahead of the front entrance Start by activating the engine pumps and fans. Wait for 10 seconds for the fuel system to prime before starting the ignition.
