More quests are acceptable in space.
Notes: Does not affect already generated quests. Raiders will magically obtain vacsuits automatically, but visitors and prisoners not so much. If the raiders are from a faction that can't drop pod, it's basically a free quest once the timer runs down to the shuttle I guess
Quests affected:
Royalty prisoners, animals and hospitality quests
Worshipful village
Potentially sanguophage quests and mechanitor ship (I have not been able to test this, several quests are restricted when you can activate them even in dev mode)
