I always liked Synthread conceptually and was saddened by its sub par stats which means it never gets used in game. My idea is that this is the stuff Starfleet uniforms are made of and will keep you comfortable whichever biome your new gravship takes you. Increased the temperature insulation to be on par with Hyperweave (cold) and Thrumbomane (Heat). Decreased the flammability and increased heat armour to be the same as Devilstrand. I also really liked the colour of Synthread so I increased the beauty to be the same as Devilstrand which I think also gives it a niche as a furniture material.
Didn't touch the sharp or blunt protection stats so you'll still need to be on the lookout for hyperweave and thrumbofur if you're looking for armour.
Compatibility:
Should be compatible with anything that doesn't touch synthread it's just a few XML patch commands on the synthread defs.
