--- Convert Slaves for RimWorld 1.5 by DissentKindly ---
Ever had the following incident happen to you?
You were playing as a faction with memes favorable to slavery. Traders, Raiders, whatever,
and you happened to catch an unwitting Pawn and put him in your prison.
As he was sitting there for a month or two, complaining and eating your food for free while your warden chips his
belief in some randomly-generated ideoligion that you haven't bothered to read about in some 0.5% certainty decreased daily, you got tired of it and just decided to get his will down in 2 attempts and enslave him like that.
"It's fine," you said, "I'll deal with the religion thing later!"
Little did you know that the minute he steps out of the prison door, he starts having a major panic attack.
You see, he was a member of the Elf religion from Dwarf Fortress, and you just happened to place your prison right next to your major Logging industry, giving him a nice view of all that tree murder he was going to find out about in any case.
"I'll just convert him now!" you say, opening the Slave tab... but there is no option for it.
If you happen to have had that happen to you, you're in luck, because uncle Dissent has made a mod that allows you to Convert Slaves from the Slave interaction menu, which IMO should have been in the base game.
It works just like the Suppress action, but your warden will also attempt to convert your slave to their ideoligion on each such interaction as if they were doing that to a prisoner.
This mod uses vanilla methods AFAIK, and should be compatible with most things IMO, because it adds new things rather than modify existing things, but watch out for mods that change the Slave interaction menu, as that IS modified.
You are welcome to report stuff in the comments, but remember that you are installing a modification and therefore it might cause issues I have overlooked, so please don't get angry if something happens.
