To Start, use the key switch and you're ready to go!
To Reverse, you need to stop and press Brake button (S) again.
-------------ABILITIES----------------
In the cabin, you'll see a lot of buttons. All of them are labeled.
Generator Mode (Keybind 6) works by turning off all axles (Instrument panel right under the radio monitor). Then just press Gas or use the Autothrottle, which can do it for you.
In case of engine failure you can open the hood by using the Handles on it.
If the Main Battery is empty, you can use the Switches in the back of the car to transfer electricity.
