Simple Fighter Radar Lumin 32
The Lumin-32 is a radar system for combat aircraft, designed for target detection and tracking.
Operation
Its primary functions are Search mode and a standard Hardlock for tracking. The Helmet Lock function allows you to acquire a target by looking at it and pressing the lock button.
For weapon employment, the radar provides the target's Azimuth and Elevation angles relative to your aircraft's nose.
Modes
A selector switch toggles between two range scales:
- Setting 1: Full Range
- Setting 2: Reduced Range
The scan volume can be adjusted(elevasion):
- Wide scan angle for a broad overview.
- Narrow scan angle for faster search
A stabilization mode keeps the radar scan oriented to the horizon, regardless of your aircraft's attitude.
