No perk trees, no XML swaps, no surprises. Just clear numbers you can tune.
Works with all DLCs. Optional “Uncap” lets you go past vanilla limits if you want.
What it does (quick read)
- Every skill level adds a small, sensible bonus to related stats.
- Changes show up on the InfoCard so you always know what’s happening.
- Easy presets: tweak values, save them, load them later, or revert to defaults.
- Turn it on/off mid-save. Safe and lightweight.
How it feels
- Shooters aim better and faster as they level up.
- Builders succeed more and work quicker.
- Miners dig faster and bring home more.
- You set the pace: gentle buffs or big gains — your call.

Linear scaling past 20. “Reducer” means lower is better. % stats show percent; flat stats show a number.

Tip: For percent stats, type decimals (e.g., 0.05 = +5% per level).
Set up (1 minute)
- Open Mod Settings → Impactful Skills.
- Pick a preset (or make one), tweak values, hit Apply.
- (Optional) Turn on Uncap to remove vanilla min/max limits.
- Check the InfoCard — you’ll see a short “Impactful Skills — Debrief”.
Notes
- Works on RimWorld 1.6 with all DLCs.
- Load this after mods that add new skills/stats so they get picked up.
- Don’t run the old “Impactful Skills (stable)” at the same time.
