A simple rebalance on Yet Another Prosthetic Expansion - Core, i made this for my own playthrough but maybe someone will find this enjoyable too.
Changes:
-Advanced Bionics now require Advanced Fabrication instead of fabrication
-Advanced Bionics now use their previous tier to craft (e.g: Advanced Bionic Leg now needs the bionic leg to be crafted).
-Some small changes on the ultratech bionics research, now it requires advanced fabrication and is tagged as a "Ultra" techlevel research.
