A complete rework of chocolate production!
I never liked how colonists harvested chocolate bars straight from the tree, so now there is a more realistic production chain for producing chocolate and more!
Production Chain
New resources: Raw Beans, Roasted Beans, Chocolate Liquor, Milk Chocolate, Chocolate Milk
- Cocoa plants yield Raw Cocoa Beans
- Roast beans at a campfire or stove
- Mill roasted beans into Chocolate Liquor
- Liquor is cooked into Chocolate
- Liquor + Milk = Milk Chocolate
- Chocolate + Milk = Chocolate Milk
- If Vanilla Cooking Expanded is loaded, Chocolate Syrup + Milk can also be used
- Vanilla Cooking Expanded & Medieval Overhaul optionally used to add sugar to recipes
Optional:
- Vanilla Cooking Expanded: Chocolate syrup can also be used for chocolate milk
- If Vanilla Ideology Expanded - Memes and Structures is loaded alongside VCE, cocoa bushes will produce raw cocoa beans
- Medieval Overhaul: Sugar and millstone can be used for chocolate production
