Miniaturize the Mech Rechargers
Mech Recharger has been resized to 1x1 and Large Mech Recharger was resized to 1x2.
No new Mech Rechargers were added, only the sizes of the existing buildings were modified.
And they can now be uninstalled and reinstalled.
Now paintable.
