Vacsuit Middle Slot
A simple XML edit to make adult Vacsuits only occupy the "Middle" slot, where previously they occupied both Middle and Outer. This frees the Outer slot, so you can wear clothing such as dusters, parkas, and capes over a vacsuit. I've also slightly slimmed the vacsuit's worn sprite down without compromising it's appearance, as the bulky sprite can clip through slimmer outerwear (It's still not perfect, some still show but mostly it's just outline edges that peek through. The Hulk body type in particular has been problematic for this). Balance was not considered when I made this, I simply wanted my space cowboys to look the part, so some self-control is required as if you want to you can easily stack on high quality flak jackets and hyperweave coats.
In the future I may try to modify the armor's stats to balance wearing them with extra protective clothing, but for now I'm content to leave it as it is.
Given that this was an extremely low effort and simple mod, if someone else would like to improve upon this idea, I give full permission to take it, improve it, and share it as needed to do so.
