No Giggling In Colonist Bar
Prevents baby giggling showing as a mental state in the colonist bar.
Description
The game shows giggling as other mental states in the colonist bar, which is distracting, as there is no problem with this mental state. Even worse, giggling is shown exactly the same way as crying.
With this mod the colonist bar ignores giggling.
