Perfect for RP playthroughs when starting a new game and wanting to quickly unlock technologies. Available in Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, and English. New to modding, please be gentle :D Features include: [list] [*] New "Starting Tech Level" option in scenario editor, allowing you to set the tech level for the current scenario.
