Davai's Balanced Industrial Concrete
Description
Balance tweaks to [url=https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2888037450]Industrial Concrete[/url] mod:

[*] added power consumption of 800W (from original Industrial Fortifications mod)
[*] added linkability with Tool Cabinet
[*] increased basic work amount for recipes (this means that making concrete without tool cabinets is now slower than before, but with tool cabinets is faster than before)
[*] added 5 steel as ingredient (now it makes sense why output is 25 concrete blocks and why concrete walls are harder than stone walls)
[*] added bulk x3 recipes (summary work amount decreased by 10%)

Compatibility
Should be used only with standalone Industrial Concrete. Not Industrial Fortifications.
Safe to add and remove anytime.
