Introducing the latest offering from SRX towing products: The XL25 compact heavy wrecker.
The XL25 is built on a heavy-spec vocational two-axle Fingo T750 vocational chassis featuring a heavy air ride rear axle and a solid 20K heavy steer axle allowing it the most load capacity within it’s form factor. For a drivetrain the heavy duty T750 features a 445 horsepower VForce 10i ST engine mated to a standard Eaton fuller 10 speed manual transmission allowing the operator maximum control while towing and maneuvering the vehicle.
The T750 chassis is optioned out with a full tow lighting package, a Texas style big flat chrome front bumper, and dual air horns on top of the cab, as well as dual side step fuel tanks offering the best fuel capacity for its size.
In the back you will find the XL25 wrecker outfit. Featuring a full length equipment storage body featuring all types of emergency equipment and rigging gear, all painted in cream white, graphite grey, and viper green, and the extremely capable 25-ton conventional integrated wrecker boom featuring a single center main winch and two outer medium winches which connect directly to a mag hook that can be controlled directly from the operator panel.
Just like our larger offering, the XV50 50-ton integrated wrecker, the XL25 features a 4-point support system composed of a single H beam rear support, and two independent supports up front all featuring ground mags for the upmost and best possible stability while winching and lifting from all angles.
With it’s small and nimble two axle form factor while still offering a 50,000 lb. boom winching capacity, and an 80,000 lb. underlift tow rating The XL25 is an ideal heavy wrecker for tight inner-city and industrial area towing & recovery scenarios where space and maneuverability may be limited, making it a truly valuable and versatile tool in the towing industry.
