Adds recreation as a work type. No more idle pawns!

This is a [b]completely new[/b] work type and [b]doesn’t change[/b] how vanilla recreation behaviour works.
If a pawn is prioritized for this work type, they do recreation just like they do in vanilla. The difference is that they won’t stop even when their recreation need reaches 100%.
Pawns will avoid ingesting recreation-giving consumables (such as chocolate, insect jelly, beer, or ambrosia) if doing so would raise their recreation need above 100%. This applies [b]only to this work type.[/b]
It may improve performance if your colony has many idle pawns.
Settings
You can change the tick interval between job checks (basically, pawns check at the interval you set to see if there are things to do), or turn it off entirely so pawns doing recreation work types won’t be interrupted by other jobs.
