Authority Caps are useless. They don't provide good protection and their one unique feature, the increase to suppression power, is completely negligible unless the pawn has a high enough social skill that they don't even need the bonus. I have increased the suppression power from 10% to 30%.
I have also added a +20% to social impact. I was originally going to make it less than a crown, but if a simple old hood can be just as good as a crown so can an authority cap. This way your Generalissimo can give better speeches without having to wear a goofy crown
