Adds a more advanced and compact wind turbine.
Although the power output values are lower for the advanced turbine, the turbine itself is smaller and as such an equivalent amount of turbines produce a greater amount of power (The ratio in terms of space is 2 regular turbines to 7 advanced turbines, discounting wind area.)
Made mostly for personal use, and tested without many mods. If you come across any issues feel free to leave a comment but no promises I'll be able to fix them.
