To check if the mod is working:
Enable developer mode
Start a dev quicktest
Go to the dev menu, -> output, -> raid strategy -> pick empire
The displayed siege row should read 0% on all columns. If not, something is making this mod not work properly, or it's not loaded.
Compatibility
Will likely not work properly with other mods that target the siege raid strategy
