Adds the Mammoth Tank from Red Alert 1
Cost: 500 steel, 25 comps, 150 plasteel, 300 chemfuel
the UI icon for it looks wonky but im not sure why, it works just fine when its ingame
i wont be updating it to have compatability with vehicle part mods or anything of that nature unless the original commissioner wants me to do so, same with balance changes
