Underground Vault Enhanced Patch
Halves the upgrade cost of all underground vaults, and reduces the access time per level to 10% of the original (20% for the medieval version).
The main goal is to make this mod's storage more useful when playing with other deep storage mods, without making it too cheap or letting you store huge amounts for almost nothing. The shorter access time makes it easier to store items in vaults, which reduces the number of item stacks on the map and helps slow down lategame savefile lag.
