Allows to adjust time between gravcore quests.
This mod just changes values without fully remaking a system.
In fact there are 3 values: Min time(designates time that should pass before next quest may fire), Max time(designates time after which passed quest will fire with 100% chance) and Average time(designates average time before quest will fire if min time has passed)
