Thrumboian Race - Industrial Tech Level

Hey there, this is my first mod ever. I quite enjoy the Thrumboian Race mod, so for my first work ever I decided to create a submod for Parvoid's update to Thrumboian Race that upgrades their faction tech level to be Industrial instead of Neolithic.
This includes updated FactionDefs and Pawnkinds.

While I wanted to modernize the foundations, I decided to not go too crazy either and keep it fairly simple. It may not be much, but I believe it to be a good first mod. I hope you enjoy it. 🙂
