Added a Deep Drill capable of mining across the entire map, unlocked alongside the vanilla Deep Drill. Its work range covers the entire map where the drill is located.

Features
1️⃣ Custom Priority: Click icons to sort; Left-click to move up, Right-click to move down, Hold Shift+Click to move to top/bottom;
2️⃣ Target Quantity Settings: Includes Stockpile Mode and Non-Stockpile Mode, similar to vanilla's "Do until" and "Do quantity";
3️⃣ Mining Mode Settings: In Vanilla Mode, resource output can exceed limits due to scenario settings and pawn skill bonuses; in Mod Mode, output is strictly limited by deposit reserves—over-mining is prohibited!
4️⃣ Mining Speed & Yield Settings: Adjustable multipliers for drill work speed and resource yield;
5️⃣ Increased Power Consumption: 100 * Speed * Yield Multiplier^2;
