Lore
This is the 55m Modern Schooner Adela, Built for Cruising around mainland and the Arids. She has a comfortable cruising speed of about 10 knots and when pushed she can go up to 15 knots in strong wind conditions. With a relatively moderate freeboard she is built to be able to withstand heavy seas but not to sail in them. She comes with a comfortable classic wooden finished interior and lots of quirky bits inside, but the best experience is enjoyed on deck, where the sailing happens. She holds a good balance between the Main and the foresail + Headsail. But the main can easily overpower both the fore and headsail if need be. She also comes with dual anchors that automatically allow for swinging room when deployed so be cautious when anchoring in shallow water as the swinging room leaves quite a large radius. She also comes with lots of deck cleets and a stowaway catwalk if you wanted to dock in a marina. Originally she was meant to have a tender but i gave up on that since not sure how to make it look good on deck with a crane system to deploy it as well.
