Job Description:
Install & energize 50kVA TX. Install & energize streetlights. Install & energize 200A service to the Cafe in fishing village.
Other Information:
Crew #7 - Finished pole line construction from P7 to P9. Awaiting energization. (03/14/2015)
Crew #2 - Energized two three-phase spans between P7-P9 and Substation #901. (03/28/2015)
Job Steps:
1. Install aluminum triplex from P7 to P9. Install aluminum triplex to the street lights from the nearest pole.
2. Install aluminum triplex from P9 to the Cafe.
3. Transport the 50kVA transformer to P8 using the RBD/Mobile Crane.
4. Hoist up the transformer while keeping safe limits of approach. Tighten up the bolts (hit the button).
5. Install 350 mcm copper from the secondary bushing of the transformer.
6. Install #2 copper wire from the primary bushing of the transformer to the cutout.
7. Energize the switch using #2 copper and proper live line tools to the blue phase.
8. Take meter reading at the Cafe.
