TND Module (Trident Navigation Datalink)
Description
The Trident Navigation Datalink is a multipurpose autopilot module that can be installed in any vehicle. It's main purpose is to provide a Datalink between two vehicles for navigation. One vehicle will transmit its location while the other receives the transmitted location. The effective range of this module is around 15km depending on altitude.
Operation
Autopilot- Simply input a waypoint and turn on autopilot.
Transmit Location- Turning this on will transmit your live location coordinates (X=CH1 Y=CH2)
Receive Coordinates- Turning this on will navigate your vehicle to the transmitted vehicle location (Note: An indicator light will turn on when receiving transmitted coordinates)
[b]Note: In order for this system to properly work there must be one vehicle transmitting its location and the other receiving its coordinates.[/b]
