Adds a special trade console allowing ordering any item from any place.

Changes from the original:
- you can no longer order silver;
- you can no longer order some untradeable items (unless you enable a setting);
- the "Order Delivered" message now can be clicked to move the camera to the drop pod location;
- added several mod settings to prevent specific items being sold and drop pods leaving slag.
I love this mod and, since the original author seems to be tired with modding, I wanted to support them.
