Adds a single-use device that triggers planetary annihilation kills all factions and turns every (non-water)tile on the planet into a blasted husk. Activate the protocol device and watch as orbital strikes rain down across all maps for 30 seconds—bombardments, power beams, meteors, fire tornadoes, and antigrain warheads carpet the surface while temperatures climb to 750°C. When the bombardment ends, the entire planet has been converted to a permanent irradiated wasteland biome with lethal heat and constant toxic fallout. Does not affect maps in orbit.
