Floating Dock Container mk.3
The deployable compact dock container is designed to provide a permanent platform for marine operations.
Features:
- The dock unit fits within the dimensions of a standard 11x11x29 container.
- When deployed, provides a 49x31 platform
- Easy to deploy and recover (simply throw it overboard).
- 60m automatic anchor for holding in place.
- Multiple units can be connected to form a larger platform.
- Solar panels ensure long operating times.
Important:
- A folded container is unstable in the water and may tilt along the x-axis.
- Deploying the platform while the container is floating inverted or on its side will cause the platform to be upside down. (This can be fixed by closing the container and standing on the edge until the container is properly positioned).
- The kit does not include hardpoint type connectors.
-The anchor can sometimes get stuck in the floor or get stuck underneath. In this case, you should open and close the container.
-There's a chance the container will start to rotate when closing.
