Starts up in ~40 secs from the time you hit the start button
The weight blocks help move the weight of the plant to roughly centre of the powerplant

Quick MC explaination:
When the PB is pressed, it sends an ignite signal to the furnace and toggles the air pump and radiator fans to start
The variable valve is set to .55 to allow the furnace to build heat quickly. Once the boiler is above 45C, the variable valve drops to .275.
This setup will keep the boiler at ~109C and the furnace at ~127C, providing constant steam and only consuming 0.25L/s of diesel.
