Duplex Tank Engine CCCXXVI "Cyrus"
Its been 7 months??? dang... anyway here's something that was supposed to complete the Steel Mill Quartet but never came out. a huge thank you to: Ramona, JofReddy, Mcsteve89, Mugwump and Ricelord love yall ^w^
Engine CCCXXVI was Initially loaned to the Steel Mill from a logging company up north but after a few months of poor finances and heightened competition it was sold to the mill at a discount. Being a contractor locomotive its design is nonstandard and very... unique. Initially running off of wood the boiler tubes, firebox, and smokebox required a deep cleaning before it could be put into service. the large saddle tank causes a high center of gravity which has led to inexperienced engineers flipping the locomotive in tighter turns.
How to Operate:
Toggle Air button
Push "Light Fire" button
Wait for steam pressure to build
Once steam pressure has build up increase the "steam" lever
To reverse press the "reverser" button
To break lower the "steam" lever and increase the "brake" lever
The light button controls the light at the front of the locomotive
