This is the legacy version of RP. It is no longer under active development and will not be receiving support (bug fixes, new features or mod compatibility, etc). It is intended for use by people who have mod compatibility problems with the current version and/or have existing saves which are incompatible with the current version.
Obviously, do not attempt to load/use both versions at the same time.
If you are having issues loading an old RP1.6 save or the mod isn't behaving properly, do the following:
- Unsub
- Delete the mod folder (\steamapps\workshop\content\294100\3533147031) if it exists
- Resub

Note: To anyone getting the "Could not find class Planets_Code.Settings" error, just open the Realistic Planets mod settings, change a setting, and then change it back. A lot of stuff was renamed/reorganized internally and your saved settings are looking for the old names.

Check mod settings for some special integration settings for certain mods.

Modders: Note that the packageID and assembly name for this version of Realistic Planets are not the same as the old 1.5 one.

Assembly name/title: Realistic_Planets_1.6
However, this version is substantially different under the hood, so just updating the ID/name might not restore compatibility.
