My second attempt to make the cheapest vehicle that can actually do a rescue mission, though my primary reason for making it is as a getaway vehicle for when my Corvette sinks. You can strip it down and get it to as little as ~$1246 for a cheap one-off transport boat. No battery, so you gotta hand crank the engine.
