5% chance a full moon will be replaced by a special moon:
Blue Moon - increased move speed for colonists
Blood Moon - increased combat stats for colonists
Harvest Moon - increases growth and heals plants
Green Cheese - I hope you like cheese
Mod options to allow/disallow any or all of the above.
Also changes to reflect the Eclipse game condition.
