Milira's Milian Modification Patch
patch most applicable module for Milian to be stronger, generally twice as strong
Milian Modification:
Module that boost stat are now doubled
Module that nerf stat are halved
Module that give ability have the cooldown halved
Module/Ability that debuff enemies either last twice as long or twice as potent
Milira race:
Church and Milira no longer hostile to each other
Church no longer permanently hostile to player if they started as Milira
