Reverse Oxygen Pumps *WIP*
Adds reverse oxygen pumps. Basically identical to the regular oxygen pumps in Odyssey but they take oxygen away.
This is currently a work in progress as Currently they only work if you are out of atmosphere. If you are on the planet and place one of these in a sealed room it will not create a vacuum. This is because of how the game handles vacuum, if the biome is not set to be in a vacuum the stuff won't fire. Looking into it.
