Add some genes that increase or reduce a pawn's hemogen capacity. They apply a multiplier on the total capacity, allowing other capacity boosts to become much more (or less) efficient.
Genes:
-Greatly reduced hemogen capacity: x25% max hemogen (+3 metabolism)
-Reduced hemogen capacity: x50% max hemogen (+2 metabolism)
-Somewhat reduced hemogen capacity: x75% max hemogen (+1 metabolism)
-Somewhat increased hemogen capacity: x125% max hemogen (-1 metabolism)
-Increased hemogen capacity: x150% max hemogen (-2 metabolism)
-Greatly increased hemogen capacity: x175% max hemogen (-3 metabolism)
-Extremely increased hemogen capacity: x200% max hemogen (-4 metabolism)
-Super increased hemogen capacity: x225% max hemogen (-5 metabolism)
-Hyper increased hemogen capacity: x250% max hemogen (-6 metabolism)
-Minor archite hemogen capacity: x200% max hemogen (costs 1 archite)
-Archite hemogen capacity: x300% max hemogen (costs 2 archite)
-Major archite hemogen capacity: x400% max hemogen (costs 3 archite)
Also includes a gene to reset the multiplier to its default
Warning: turns out that the hemohunter state from VFE-Sanguophage currently checks if hemogen is under 50, not if it is under half. Expect the blood moon to cause deaths from insatiable hemohunters if you reduced their max capacity too much
