The MiG-21S was a mid-1960s Soviet upgrade to the early MiG-21 family, featuring a more capable RP-22 radar, and improved missile support. It could carry four air-to-air missiles or a mixed load of rockets and bombs, giving it true multirole capability compared to earlier missile-only interceptors. the S variant served mainly with Soviet air-defense units and acted as a key technological step toward the later, widely exported MiG-21MF and bis.

The Mig-21 S variant did not get exported to any country but I really liked the Croatian camo and also wanted to build a earlier version of the Mig-21 that has missiles so Croatian Mig-21s it is.
