NF-43 All-Weather Interceptor
The NF-43 is a twin-engine all-weather interceptor, designed to find targets in all conditions using its onboard radar and shoot them down. It features high speed and impressive firepower, but limited range, subpar maneuverability, and a primitive radar.

-2 turns WEP key
-3 toggles flaps
-4 toggles gyro stabilisation
-5 toggles mouse aim
-6 presses your wheel brakes
STARTUP:
-Ensure circuit breaker is on
-Engine Fuel L + R ON
-Engine L + R Starters engage to start both engines
-Parking Brake Release to taxi
-Throttle up to take off
-Gear Lever UP to retract gear
LANDING:
-Gyro stabilisation ON
-Gear Lever DOWN
-On final approach, extend flaps and set throttle to .20
-Flare+cut throttle before touchdown

WEAPONS:
-Forward-firing cannons and machine guns are armed with the 20mm and 7.7mm ARM switches, and fired with spacebar.
-Rocket pods are armed with their respective pylon buttons, and fired with spacebar. Jettisoning of empty pods is done with the 1 key when the pylons are armed.
-AA-40 beam-riding missiles require the SACLOS radio switch ON to guide. Visually acquire the target, use trim and/or gyro autolevel to stabilise the aircraft, and press 1 to launch an armed missile. The missile will follow your mouse's point of aim until it hits the target. Binoculars are recommended!

RADAR USAGE:
-The APG-14 radar searches in a 45 degree cone with a max range of 8 nautical miles.
-Contacts are displayed as concentric lines, with range being distance from the center of the scope.
-To track a target, maneuver the aircraft such that the contact forms a ring around the center. Maintain the ring as you approach the target until you can acquire the contact visually.
-To improve single target tracking, you may flip the Radar Wide/Narrow switch to lock the radar into a tighter cone to constantly track whatever is in the centerline.
