Adds a smokeleaf waterpipe / hookah for pawns to use recreationally. This mod introduces a stuffable hookah that satisfies drug policies and dependencies, offering a cleaner, more efficient alternative to smokeleaf joints. Pawns experience a smoother high with less consciousness loss, making it ideal for social or meditative use. Includes ideology support with three styles: rustic, morbid, and plain. Available in [b]18[/b] languages. 💨 Why use this instead of joints? [list] [*] Smokeleaf joints hit consciousness hard, which can cripple pawns and has caused many a tragic demise. [*] The hookah delivers a gentler high, with multiple stages and mood boosts. Social fight chance is dramatically reduced, especially at zombie mode level! [*] More efficient use of smokeleaf: less waste, less downtime. [*] Fully compatible with drug policies, joy needs, and addiction mechanics. [*] Diminishing severity increase based on current high severity. Harder to chase that dragon, so pawns can safely have a second or third session! [*] Reduces high from smokeleaf joints, etc. Severity above 20% will be halved, below will be removed entirely. [*] This is a building that can store smokeleaves, cannot be consumed by animals, and contributes to room beauty based on the material's stuff beauty. It can also be minified, used as a gathering spot, and forbidden. [/list] ⚠️ Compatibility Notes This is a simple, standalone version with no frameworks required. A more advanced version is in development, featuring blend-specific effects, hallucination stages, and deeper integration. That version will require a modding framework (e.g. Harmony), but this release is designed to be clean, lightweight, and compatible with most mod setups. This mod does not alter base game smokeleaf high, or anything else smokeleaf, so it should be compatible with all mods changing smokeleaf stuff. Important: Smokeleaf addiction in RimWorld can lead to asthma and carcinoma. Patching those mechanics requires a framework, so this mod does not alter or suppress those effects to maintain compatibility.
