The Apex Haulstar is a medium sized, Heavy Duty Truck thats primary features are that, It has a flatbed with capacity for 2 large unicon connectors, alonside a single, "Primary" H4 connector, to carry light vehicles or helicopters, The most notable thing about the haulstar is the crane, the crane is VERY stong, aswell as being both, Very long and extendable, and being able to have fluid passed through the crane, out the winch,
History:
The Apex Haulstar came about as, One day, while i was playing snowrunner, i saw how trucks in that game could have a flatbed, and a crane, at the same time, I thought that sort of capability is something, sorely lacking in stormworks, In particular, The "Fleetstar F-2070A" Inspired this vehicle, Even the name is taken from the "Star" In the Fleetstar

Instructions/Warnings:
How To Start:
1: Turn Key
2: Make Sure Handbrake (Located On The Door) Is Turned Off
3: Make sure that the gear indicator is NOT 1
4:Drive Away (:
How To Use Crane Properly:
1: Before Useing the crane, make sure the truck is stopped and the handbrake is on, And Is On A Mostly Flat Surface
2:Before turning crane off of centerline, Make sure that the Outriggers/ Anchors Are Deployed (Will Lift Truck)
3:If anchors do not properly deploy DO NOT USE CRANE
4: Before Loading Cargo, it is recomended to lower the rails, The controlls for witch, are located on the opposing side of the truck from the crane controlls, on the instrument panel
5: After Loading Cargo, make sure to close Rails
6: Before Departing, make sure the the crane is faceing direct Front, And is fully retracted, has a neutral or negitive Elevation
7:Make Sure Anchors Are Retracted Before Departing
How To Airlift:
1:Before Airlift,Make sure truck is unloaded, And Cargo Has Been Detached And Unloaded,
2: Make Sure That Power Is On and that the anchors will stay retracted
3: It is recomended to unload the fuel to about 20% before attempting airlift, due to weight concerns,
4: Make Sure That the heli Can lift A MINIMUM of 3100KG, If it Cannot, DO NOT ATTEMPT AIRLIFT
5: Make Sure To Connect Ropes in a 4 Corner Arangement On Each Coner Of The Vehicle
6:Make Sure That Crane Will Not Collide With The Cab Before Airlifting,
Warnings:
It is not recomended to use unicons of over 600-800KG on the bed of the Haulstar, Due to Stability concerns, And Flips, Tips, Rollovers, Or anything Due to the overloading of the Haulstars Bed, Is Hearby,Due to user Error, And Bossdom2010 is NOT responsible
While Carrying Unicons on the bed of the haulstar, it is not recomended to exceed 100KPH , and To avoid rapid turns, due to concerns of flipping over
