[*] Pawns can manually nuzzle cute pets by pressing "Pet" in their context menu.
[*] Petting is exactly the same as nuzzling, but is initiated by the pawn rather than the pet.
[*] Petting follows the same cooldown rules as nuzzling.

[*] Adding to an existing save is fine.
[*] Before removing from an existing save, make sure nobody is petting.
