Mysterious advanced attack drone of the Ones Above The Overrule Collective.
Manned, but usually by an AI. Sometimes also remotely piloted. These versions fit for Stormworks seem to have been modified for unknown reasons, and boast a seat.
They function very similarly to the Debt Collectors, and are in actuality based off the Debt Collector. It is unknown how this connection was found, nor how the creators of the Silent Gazers utilized Debt Collectors as the base model.
Seemingly a heavier version of drones on record, classified as assault.
