Combat Extended Traders Have Ammo
Ever wondered why traders sell guns with no ammo, or why they always have just one rifle of each kind?
This mod fixes that — traders now bring ammo for their weapons.
It also adds a few simple sliders to control how much traders sell and how prices are balanced.
By default, ammo is more expensive to keep things fair, but you can set all multipliers to 100% to disable this.
Features:
- Traders always generate at least 1 ammo type for every weapon.
- Configurable price multipliers — separate sliders for weapons and ammo (doesn’t affect raid difficulty).
- Weapon stock multiplier — make traders sell more weapons of each kind (items quality varies).
- General stock multiplier for non-weapon / non-ammo goods for more trading options (Disabled by default)
Default settings:
- Weapon price markup: 100% (100% = no change in weapon prices)
- Ammo price markup: 300%
- Weapon stock multiplier: 100% (100% = stock multiplier disabled)
- General stock multiplier: 100% (100% = stock multiplier disabled)
Note: Price changes take effect immediately after changing the mod settings, but vendor stocks update only every 30 in-game days, so stock multiplier settings will take some time to take effect.
=== Compatibility
Compatible with RimWorld 1.6 + Combat Extended. The mod should work with any trading mods, as well as with mods that add Combat Extended weapons.
Safe to add or remove from existing saves.
