The North Star Motors Parcel is a customizable panel van. It was originally designed for StormEX, and has had all logos removed so you can add your own. This is the first vehicle that we are allowing re-uploading, BUT it MUST meet two requirements.
1. The vehicle must be customized (logos, and/ or the body)
2. The post MUST have this post linked, and you MUST give credit
