ALTA inspired heli transport car
As I was working with 454ss railcars, I found the lack of a somewhat important tipe of railcar: an heli transport. And here it is. I took his container mover railcar, removed the crane and put and helipad taken from one of his ships. I take no credit in nothing in this creation. I just used some of his stuff and combined it together so all credit to 454ss.
